Church Staff

Pastor Jon serves as the lead pastor and has been a part of the church leadership since 2005. He graduated from Elim Bible Institute in 2004 and was officially ordained by Family Life Church in 2015. Jon and his wife April, who is also an Elim graduate, now live in Warsaw with their four beautiful daughters.

Pastor Ben serves as an associate pastor and as the youth pastor. He graduated from Elim Bible Institute in 2005 and Northeastern Seminary in 2019. Ben and his wife Chelsea, live in Warsaw with their three children.

Ashley has been involved in children’s ministry for over 20 years, and took on the role of Kids Life director in 2013. She also works as a pediatric nurse practitioner caring for kids and families in the community. She loves kids, and she loves the dedicated team of people at FLC who serve our kids every week.
